Abstract : The Electronic Test System (ETS) is designed to expedite the assessment process by enabling examiners to create and conduct exams seamlessly. Examiners can integrate various types of questions, including multiple-choice questions and open-ended text responses. The system employs advanced methodologies to automate the evaluation of assessments, leveraging a database of questions curated by administrators.
The ETS is equipped with intelligent capabilities to evaluate written responses, recognizing not only exact matches but also synonymous terms within the solutions. Additionally, the system provides a manual override feature, allowing examiners to manually review and adjust exam results if necessary.
The interface is user-friendly, catering to examiners, candidates, and super administrators alike. Individuals can assume roles as either examiners or candidates. Upon logging in, candidates can view and undertake their scheduled assessments from any location with internet access, eliminating the need for traditional tools like pen and paper.
The primary goal of the ETS is to offer a comprehensive and efficient assessment solution. This fully automated system saves time, delivers quick and accurate results, and provides candidates with the flexibility to complete exams at their convenience from any location.
