PEER REVIEW PROCESS

Initial review:

The Chief Editor assesses each paper to determine whether its topics and contents are appropriate for consideration by the IJARCSMS. The article that are not meet minimum criteria returns to the author(s) inside a week of receipt within one week of receipt. The authors decide to correct the issues and submit the paper to a more proper appropriate format.

Peer review:

After the initial-review Papers are assigned to an Associate Editor, who selects several referees based on their expertise in that particular field. Each paper is reviewed by minimum of two reviewers reviews each article under a double-blind peer review where both the reviewers and the authors are kept unknown. Reviewers are requested to evaluate the article depend on their originality, significance, novelty, completeness, soundness of methodology and research contribution pertinence to design practices. Based on the Review Remarks of Reviewers can choose any of the recommendations like Accept, Revisions required, Resubmit for review, decline submission. To facilitate timely publication Reviewers are requested to finish their review within 1-2 weeks.

Recommendation:

Based on the referees' comments and the Associate Editor's recommendation, the Editor-in-Chief makes a final decision on the acceptability of the paper and communicates to the authors the decision, along with referees' reports. The final decision can be 'Accept Submission', 'Revisions Required', 'Resubmit for Review', 'Resubmit Elsewhere', or 'Decline Submission.' A revised paper should be re-submitted within 3 days of the decision. It will usually be returned to the original referees for evaluation. If an article is finally accepted, the Publisher and Editorial Board will take the decision in which issue that article will publish; and the author will intimate accordingly.
