Abstract : Multicultural teams working in virtual settings are becoming more common as a result of the fast globalization of workforces and the expansion of remote work technologies. Organizations benefit from a wider range of talent and viewpoints as a result of this change, but they also face new, complicated problems with cross-cultural communication, trust, and time zone coordination. In order to comprehend the intricacies of leading multicultural virtual teams, this qualitative study investigates the perspectives of managers and team members in global enterprises. The research finds significant topics like technological mediation, cultural awareness, leadership adaption, communication techniques, and varied cultural backgrounds through semi-structured interviews with professionals. The results show how important cultural knowledge, inclusive communication methods, and adaptable leadership are for multicultural virtual teams to work together effectively. Implications for future study in organizational behavior and distant work practices are discussed, and the paper finishes with practical recommendations for managers and organizations who want to improve cross-cultural virtual collaboration.
