Employing Data Analytics for Strategic Planning in Education Sector in India

Abstract : The purpose of this article is to investigate the possibilities of data analytics to improve strategic planning and performance within the education system in India. This article presents a compilation of recent research, discusses analytical frameworks and methods, investigates data sources and governance issues that are specific to India, and provides examples from the real world, including predicting student accomplishment, allocating resources, measuring teacher effectiveness, and modeling policy. The essay also places an emphasis on technological and moral challenges, proposes a plan for how schools and policymakers may put the concepts into reality, and identifies research topics that have the potential to be developed upon.
